Afghanistan: Flights resume in Kabul
The military flights evacuating diplomats and civilians have resumed a day after they were indefinitely stopped amidst the rising chaos at the airport after thousands of Afghans flooded the airfield in a bid to board or cling onto the aircrafts.
Five people were reportedly killed during the crisis. Two of them being armed and shot at by US troops. Up to three people have reportedly died from falling off of the aircrafts midair. Footage of the chaotic scenes rocked the entire World and immediate action was taken to reestablish order.
