Cuomo Sex Harassment – Our detailed anatomy has just left the toxic culture, Chris Cuomo involvement, and ‘contrite script’ exposed.

After the New York Attorney General Letitia James released the report on Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harassment of multiple women, the story kept on evolving and now has his closest aides, members of his staff and baby brother in deep water.

One of his closest aides, Melissa DeRosa has been exposed giving rise to the toxic culture that the Administration was already suspected of.

Evidence shown in the exhibits shows her continuously promoting, or pushing a draft that was pointed out by another member of the circle to be “slut-shaming” the victim.

Another member and also a Democratic Political Strategist straightaway gave her verdict against victim, Anna Ruch, without even hearing her full story or letting a proper investigation take place.

While the rest of the members were busy toning the draft down to be more “contrite” as baby brother Chris Cuomo wanted it, Dani Lever, a former member of the Administration was busy distributing dirt on Lindsey Boylan all while working for Facebook.

In the report, she was found to have distributed the personal files of Boylan and also wrote or became part of an Op-Ed that would have explicit details of her personal record.

Trouble seems to find itself a way for CNN preacher and estranged New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s baby brother Chris Cuomo who is now being criticized for his role in ‘drafting’ the Governor’s statement to the sexual harassment allegations in late February.

Chris Cuomo had apologized in May and admitted his role in the development of his brother’s strategies. But new details have left him and his journalistic ethics exposed, some are even pointing towards the clear bias it has revealed in the corporate media World, and especially at CNN where Cuomo’s show did not for once talk about the biggest news of the week.

The strategy that Chris Cuomo and folks at CNN seem to have is to let the news fade away, people will talk and soon everyone will forget and move on.

The same strategy worked before when the news first broke, Chris Cuomo apologized on his show after severe criticism on CNN and Cuomo said he would never do it again, but what has been revealed now is not going to end his troubles anytime soon and has hurt the last bits of credibility he had left.

The revelations have exposed how deeply he was part of his brother’s inner circle that had him steer Andrew Cuomo’s response to the allegations.

We’re not talking about suggestions here, Andrew Cuomo spoke the words exactly as written by his inner circle of a dozen or so people, including his brother Chris Cuomo, managed by aide Melissa DeRosa.

Now we’re wondering if it was Andrew Cuomo who was apologizing or everyone in his team but him, and no wonder the statement looked so well crafted, apart from Melissa DeRosa almost everyone pushed for it to be “contrite” and show remorse, feeling sorry for the victims but at the same time denying the allegations.

Andrew Cuomo sat there teary eyed, his voice breaking, making us think he was speaking his heart out but it was in fact just a well-rehearsed script created by his closest aides and brother. Making it full of remorse intentionally to garner a positive public reaction.

According to Tuesday’s report from the New York Attorney General, [Baby] Cuomo was profoundly involved in the making of his brother’s strategy and overall response to the February 28 allegations against the Governor, [See Exhibit 70].

A series of messages between Andrew Cuomo’s allies further detail Chris’ role, with Lis Smith writing “I don’t love that part but Chris/Andrew wanted in” and “Chris wants to make sure we have enough contrition in here,” with Lis asking once again if the other member(s) think they should have a more remorseful strategy (Which is running at the moment as well), “Do you think we do,” said Lis and then responded with “Okay, we do,” [See Exhibit 101].

The Democratic Political Strategist Lis Smith also tried to undermine a victim’s statement through a series of emails, not only did she not give the victim a chance but straightaway jumped to Andrew Cuomo’s defense while also downplaying his behavior at a wedding “this isn’t even a thing, sounds like every Italian grand dad at a wedding,” she said. This is the first hint towards the toxic environment the Administration is accused of having, [See Exhibit 93].

In the report, she is seen telling the group that the tone of the below mentioned draft [Exhibit 98] is not “contrite.”

The tone seemed to be more passive aggressive and focused on challenging the victim(s) and the public perception.

“It sounds creepy retreading,” she further added, [See Exhibit 100 and Exhibit 101 in the slides below].

While Melissa DeRosa at the time was focused on being as blunt as possible even after she got fair warnings from others in the group, [See Exhibit 107], Steven Cohen too pointed out how inflammatory the draft allegedly pushed by DeRosa was and that it perpetuated to “slut-shaming,” he also underlined a section that “should be rewritten” so that it looks as if it was conceived by “one author,” [See Exhibit 111].

Dani Lever is also mentioned countless times in the report and evidence suggests she was participating in the making of the strategy including an alleged smear campaign against Cuomo’s first accuser Lindsey Boylan, helping the team draft an Op-Ed that would also use the complaints from Boylan’s personal files to tarnish her reputation.

Lever did all this even though she was no longer working for the Cuomo Administration, but was in fact working for Facebook at the time.

She had left in August 2020 and joined Facebook but is still seen taking part in the development of the strategy, the alleged smear campaign and helping distribute the files among Cuomo’s aides.

Lever had also signed the statement being prepared in [Exhibit 89 – Down Below].

Cuomo’s [baby] brother and most of his aides put their time and effort into his response. Into his very remorseful response that would make one think the Governor is speaking his thoughts and that is how he feels from within, not reading out a well-rehearsed script that has been drafted by over a dozen people including political strategists and TV personalities, tailored so to make it look emotional, along with sympathizing with the victims just to create a better public image.

The report also exposes how toxic working in his Administration really is and at the forefront of all the toxicity is one of his closest aides, Melissa DeRosa, who wanted to take on the accusers and never for one second gave their story a chance, instead she along with Dani Lever, both being women were focused on tarnishing the reputation of the victim(s), going through Boylan’s personal files, allegedly writing an Op-Ed and sharing those files with other people just so they could achieve God knows what (a satisfied ego?), but luckily they were stopped by the advice of other members of the group and instead of being retaliatory and “slut-shaming” as one member put it, they went with the “contrite” strategy that Chris Cuomo had suggested or rather wanted, [in Exhibits 70 and 101].

According to the report, the team even had problems on picking a name for the independent investigation.

Some being in favor of an “outside” investigation rather than independent because they feared the latter would attract the media.

An email by a former consultant had even suggested Andrew Cuomo should say he’s going to counseling, “I said this to you before but I will reiterate again. I think he needs to say he is going to counseling for his tendency to be aggressive and to reacclimate how he interacts with people,” he also went on to say that “the AG report may find no offense but will find inappropriate behavior,” [Exhibit 103].

Lever had participated in Cuomo’s defense along with CNN anchor Chris Cuomo and along with the entire inner circle that revolved around Melissa DeRosa, one of Andrew Cuomo’s closest aides and the person behind the containment of the sexual harassment scandal, with the majority of the report having her name in most of the emails and messages written either directly by her, to her or carbon copied to her.

While Chris Cuomo pushed for a statement filled with remorse, Melissa DeRosa brought forward a draft that was not only retaliatory but also questionable, which is why the saner members of the group had it bypassed by making her have a change of heart (if she had one).

While stopping DeRosa from unintentionally burying the remainder of Andrew Cuomo’s career, the other aides of the group were also busy making a list of names who would come in support of the Governor and acknowledge his “accomplishments.”

Before starting work on the letter [Exhibit 89] in support of Cuomo, members of the inner circle led by Melissa DeRosa were busy finalizing a previous letter that Lindsey Boylan in the past had accused the Admin of constructing, she accused them of making the members of the Administration sign a letter that would have included her name.

Anonymous members in the correspondence [Exhibit 86] have pointed out the “attacks” on Boylan in the statement that was afterwards dumped for a more subtle version highlighting Cuomo instead of “attacking” Boylan.

[Exhibit 86] also has Annabel Walsh suggesting to “do the Tom Brokaw letter.”

The style of letter which would have the staff come in support of Cuomo and ignore the accuser(s), just highlighting how good their experience with Cuomo was.

The evidence in [Exhibit 87] has Annabel Walsh telling Melissa DeRosa how everyone would sign a letter highlighting Andrew Cuomo and how “attacking her [Boylan] isn’t going to be signed onto by anyone.”

Melissa DeRosa also declared it being “absurd” for a victim, Karen Hinton, to come out after 21 years with their allegations.

She also claimed the victim to be “the furthest thing in the World from a wallflower,” after adding that “we have officially jumped the shark,” indicating the victim is allegedly making a misguided publicity stunt, [Exhibit 94].

The report also has victim Charlotte Bennett’s conversation with someone at or after the occurrence of each incident.

In the messages she was explaining what had happened and how Cuomo kept on bringing up her experiences with sexual assault, “said, ‘you were raped. You were raped and abused. You were raped and abused and assaulted’ maybe 17 times in a row and wouldn’t stop,” Bennett said in the texts.

Cuomo also asked who she was “hitting on,” asked about her “Hilton life,” Cuomo according to her in the texts also “really fucking took off.” “The way he was repeating ‘you were raped and abused and attacked and assaulted and betrayed’ over and over again while looking me directly in the eyes was something out of a horror movie,” she added.

More evidence on Cuomo’s misconduct was found in the report when things took off for the worst after Charlotte Bennett sent a message on how Gov. Cuomo “talked about age differences in relationships.”

After experiencing this, Bennett was “shaking” and “upset,” saying she’s “leaving” the office taking the suggestion of the the person she was talking to, [Exhibit 46].

Charlotte Bennett also felt like being groomed when Cuomo talked about her relationships, her skepticism on monogamy, her past and her tattoos, [along with] his ex, etc.

He also told her he was “really lonely all alone cant meet anyone work sucks for him right now he cant even hug anyone,” she added, and in the text said she told him to “have a party and get drunk,” to which she mentions Cuomo asking “then what” and further added “anything under 22 isn’t ok but other than that it’s fine,” to which Bennett said she “told him [she] dated someone 25 years older,” and Cuomo then replied that “age doesn’t matter and asked [her] if it makes a difference to her.”

The next part of the conversation goes a bit. Explicit. With Cuomo asking her “if [she] was fucking other people while in [her] recent relationships,” she said.

“And how [they] talked about monogamy,” “and whether they [her partners] hooked up with other people too or if it was just [her],” she added.

In the final message of [Exhibit 47] Bennett tells the person she’s talking to that Cuomo told her to get a tattoo on her behind.

“Told me to put tattoo on my butt,” “not my shoulder,” she revealed.

Charlotte Bennett’s evidence will come and haunt Andrew Cuomo for a long time.

The toxic environment that he housed had his staff go after the likes of Bennett, and this report has opened a lot of eyes with the amount of the evidence it has brought.

Going through all this really feels awkward, and we can only imagine what Bennett and other victims had to go through physically and mentally in those situations.

The incriminating report also includes the statements of victim Virginia Limmiatis’ sister and an anonymous person.

Both describe the moment when Limmiatis first told them about the incident that occurred during a public event in May 2017, and their reaction to it.

In their statement, the anonymous person said “after some time had passed [after Gov. Cuomo completed the signing ceremony and was interacting with people in a receiving line], Virginia returned to the area where I was standing. She had been [hidden text] in the group with the Governor. She appeared to be upset. She was red in the face and looked shocked. I did not know Virginia particularly well at the time, but it was evident by her demeanor and facial expression that something was wrong and she was disturbed and upset.”

The witness went on saying that they “immediately asked Virginia if everything was OK. Although, [they] do not remember the precise words she used, she conveyed to [them] that something very strange had just happened and went on to describe it.”

“In sum and substance, Virginia conveyed to [them] that moments before, she had interacted with Governor [Andrew Cuomo] after having waited in the receiving line. She described how Governor Cuomo placed his finger on the logo of Virginia’s [hidden text] t-shirt and dragged his finger across the logo, which was located on her chest, at breast-level. Governor Cuomo said something to the effect of ‘I know that company,’ and then said something about brushing a bug off of Virginia’s shirt,” the witness revealed.

“This seemed like odd behavior in [their] view,” the anonymous witness further added in their statement, [Exhibit 71].

In her statement, Limmiatis’ older sister said “In May 2017, approximately 1-2 days following [hidden text], Virginia attended on behalf of her employer, [hidden text], Virginia called me to report a disturbing incident she had experienced,” and “Virginia was wearing a [hidden text] t-shirt, and the letters [hidden text],” she added.

“Virginia recounted that after shaking her hand, Gov. Cuomo pressed his finger against each letter of the [hidden text] logo, tracing the words and saying them out loud, slowly. He touched her breasts as he made this physical contact,” and her sister “felt shocked that the Governor was touching her in this manner, and looked around her to confirm that others in the receiving line had seen the unwanted and inappropriate physical touching he had just subjected her to,” Limmiatis’ sister corroborated.

If that wasn’t inappropriate enough. According to the statement, Cuomo “leaned in to whisper in Virginia’s ear, ‘I’ll just say that I was flicking a spider off of you,'” and “Virginia confirmed [to her] that there was no spider or insect on or near her body,” she revealed.

Further in her statement, the witness said Virginia told her that she walked to where some of her colleagues stood and “relayed to them what the Governor had done to her.”

After the traumatizing incident Virginia was very upset and was very “emotional, trembling with shock, embarrassment, and confusion.”

Virginia then battled cancer and the family’s main focus was her treatment, and they “presumed that there would be no point in escalating what the Governor had done to Virginia; he was such a powerful person, what could she possibly do?” [Exhibit 72].

Anna Ruch, the state trooper and the rest of the victims are also part of this independent investigation and as for Anna Ruch, the report has pictures of the time when Cuomo grabbed her head and just wasn’t letting go.

In the pictures shown in [Exhibit 73], Anna Ruch clearly looks uncomfortable in that awkward situation where the Governor in front of all those people is seen exercising his power.

Along with the images shared through the text messages, victim Anna Ruch can be seen showing her discomfort and disgust over the Governor’s actions.

Ruch can also be seen remembering the moment when the Governor “kissed [her] on the cheek.”

Now that calls for Andrew Cuomo’s resignation are growing, with even President Biden urging him to quit, members of his team have also been exposed by this damning report that has sent shockwaves through not only the political landscape of the United States but the entire World.

It has exposed how powerful men abuse their power to get whatever they want and how powerful women in power protect themselves and their aides through a toxic environment where it doesn’t matter if you’re speaking the truth, it doesn’t matter whether you were harassed or not, if you speak up and expose those in power, your career will end and you would have these teams go after you and try to damage your reputation to save themselves and the system.

Women like Melissa DeRosa and Dani Lever don’t care if the victim is male or female, they don’t care if the victim was sexually harassed, and they will do whatever they can in their power to save their boss.

As for Chris Cuomo, he has lost the little bit of credibility he had left and is now hiding in a bunker waiting for the storm to pass.

This entire administration and Chris Cuomo have been exposed by this report, all of them are or have been the champions of workplace safety, for women’s rights, for wanting to bring an end to sexual harassment and sexual violence, for eliminating toxicity from the workplace.

They are the champions of every movement and every cause as long as they are allowed to get away with it.

We have to believe the victim when it’s someone else, but when it’s them we have to watch a 63-year-old man read out a well-rehearsed statement in a somber manner, giving the public the impression that not only is he the author of what is being said but is also speaking from the heart.

Lindsey Boylan, Charlotte Bennett, Anna Ruch, Ana Lis, Karen Hinton, Kaitlin, Jessica Bakeman, Valerie Bauman, Alyssa McGrath, Sherry Vill, State Entity Employee 1, State Entity Employee 2, Trooper, Executive Assistant.

All of these women are Andrew Cuomo’s alleged victims, and all of them were straightaway suspected of lying by members of his inner circle and his top aides.

The victims of Cuomo’s sexual harassment need to be heard.

The New York Attorney General found him in violation of state and federal law, and since Cuomo isn’t resigning it is up to the lawmakers to bring the articles of impeachment on his misconduct.

For Cuomo, things should not and cannot end with impeachment, experts believe once out of office Cuomo would be criminally charged and only then the victims may finally get justice.

Along with Cuomo, the toxic workplace culture that has been exposed in this damning independent investigation must be put to an end, the senior staff members involved in such ‘cruelty’ and mentally traumatizing work environments must be punished or sternly warned.

CNN needs to address the Chris Cuomo ethics issue, [baby] Cuomo’s actions have hurt the entire journalistic community and made us lose the trust of the people.

While people suffered from COVID [baby] Cuomo had his brother come on his show for a “fun” segment and was heaping praise for Andrew Cuomo’s response to the Pandemic, but since this report’s release Chris Cuomo has avoided covering his brother’s actions and acts like he’s completely unaware of the findings.

Imagine if a journalist was caught preparing the statements for President Trump or any other Republican. The Democrats, the media and the entire Left would have been onto the Organization that the alleged journalist worked for and also President Trump or the other Republican for politicizing journalism and giving statements he did not even write or originally draft.

This report has raised a lot of questions and a lot of issues that have marred politics, journalism and workplace safety along with workplace ethics since a very long time.

Cuomo, accused of sexual harassment did not step down like he has preached in the past for others to do.

[Baby] Cuomo wrote down, or was part of his elder brother’s strategies in addressing or rather combating the allegations.

The Cuomo Administration has been exposed of hosting one of the most toxic cultures ever known, with Melissa DeRosa taking charge and basically running a gulag.

Along with all this was the fact that even some of the women working for Cuomo ended up victim blaming, not even once did they think of believing or at least giving the victim a chance until an investigation into the matter was conducted, instead they were busy drafting strategies and gathering evidence that could somehow save the Governor all while ridiculing the alleged victims.

A lot has been said on this matter and a lot more can still be said, but this issue needs to be addressed.

More than taking Cuomo down, even his adversaries would want to look into this norm of toxic workplaces which one would never wish to be part of.

Cuomo’s defense, or at least the defense created by his brother and inner circle has him claiming that he “understands what he did at the time was wrong,” and along with it has also dismisses the harassment allegations.

According to him, he has this playful attitude that has him kiss women, grab their faces and not let go, grope them, whisper in their ears, tell them to play strip-poker, jump into their private lives when they are most vulnerable, talk about their past experiences mostly when you see them, “groom” them and lead them towards your “lonely” self who hasn’t been hugged for a while, etc.

Oh and tell them to sing songs, make them remember lyrics of songs they wouldn’t even care about, and call them and start singing, etc.

Andrew Cuomo, went from the media’s hero “battling” COVID by sending thousands of COVID positives to nursing homes, to the Democratic Party’s “best candidate” to tackle President Trump, to preaching on how sexual harassment perpetrators should be punished, to the sordid luggage he has become today.

Andrew Cuomo’s case teaches us all a valuable lesson, and may all of us stay protected from the greed that comes with power, fame and fortune.
