The Left wants to politicize the Supreme Court because it believes Justices are ‘influenced’ by their personal beliefs on certain matters.

Liberals throughout their lives have loved Justice Stephen Breyer. Nominated by Bill Clinton in 1994, Justice Breyer’s job like every other judge in the United States and in the World was to deliver fairness and be the custodian of justice.

Now, since the judge is of old age but still fulfilling his duties, Progressives are wishing for him to resign, hating him for not doing so. The Far-Left wanting more “control” in the Supreme court wish Breyer resigns before the Republicans get back the majority in the Senate, which the Democrats lead by one seat.

The problem with the Left since a long time is that they like to politicize everything and believe people with certain opinions will make decisions based on their agenda rather than the law.

This is wrong. Every judge has to stick with the law and the precedent in all types of cases in front of them. They also have the responsibility to assure whether Congress is passing laws that do not violate the Constitution, even though the Congress has the authority to amend the Constitution.

Having a judge with liberal or conservative beliefs does not put them at your side. Their beliefs are their personal views and though they could tilt towards a side, but assuming that would be contemptuous unless strong evidence suggests they are corrupt or under influence.

The Left has been harming the credibility of their next nomination. If they truly believe a liberal judge would make decisions that suit their agenda then that itself is contemptuous and points fingers at their nomination’s credibility.

They did the same thing with President Trump’s nominations, but the justices appointed gave decisions against the Right as well, by sticking to the law and doing the right thing.

Congressmembers like Ocasio Cortez want Breyer to resign, they cannot tolerate the seat “going to the Republicans.” Believing a seat in the Supreme court could go to a political party should be held as contemptuous and it should make any lawmaker unfit to hold office or too immature.

Ocasio Cortez is suggesting a Democratic nomination would advance their agenda, she is accusing Democratic nominations to have political aspirations and agendas that would overlook the law and justice, and decide on the basis of ideology.

The Democrats have been slowly mounting pressure on Justice Breyer, but they don’t want to demonize him like they do to “Conservative” justices. But like everyone else, Justice Breyer knows what’s happening.

In the past, the judge has given judgements in favor of LGBTQ and reproductive rights but all that is now forgotten and the Democrats want him to leave so they could politicize the Supreme court, and once he resigns they will sing praises for him, telling him they were his biggest allies.

The Leftist attacks on judges with Conservative beliefs:

If going after a Supreme court judge wasn’t enough. The mainstream media has gone mad after the Supreme court decided in favor of the “Remain in Mexico” policy and blocked the Biden Administration’s eviction moratorium. Explaining the logical reasons behind their decisions in their judgements, but the Democratic party and especially the mainstream media are intentionally overlooking that to try and politicize the Supreme court.

On Wednesday, CNN’s “legal analyst” like always, attacked the court by comparing the two judgements against Biden with the one supposedly in favor of something Trump wanted.

Throughout the article or propaganda piece, the author intentionally highlights the personal beliefs of the justices and also mentions those behind their appointed, “a Republican-appointed majority” and also declared the nature of the COURT ORDERS “partisan.”

The author also decided to assume there to be some kind of relationship between the President and the bench, that would supposedly be affected by their judgements. Isn’t she suggesting that the judges’ decisions can be influenced by a sitting President then?

The combined moves also demonstrate a flexing of ideological, if not political, muscle, even as the justices regularly declare themselves above partisanship,” she said in her propaganda piece.

This isn’t the first time this author has tried to politicize the Supreme court, and it won’t be the last. Her entire article avoids getting focus on the reasons behind the judgement, on why the court decided against the eviction moratorium.

Congress’ pause on evictions lasted till late July, and people who weren’t paying rent had to start paying it, or face eviction.

The tenants protested, and the White House, CDC gave them an extension. Some considered the extension to be outside the jurisdiction of the CDC.

How can the CDC decide for something they aren’t experts in or have jurisdiction over, and over the livelihoods, rights of the people?

The court however, said it could be believed that the CDC can extend the moratorium but also believed landlords to have the right to earn a living and it is something difficult to imagine them losing.

The court highlighted the significance of Congress. Only Congress can decide for or against something that gradually affects the people and their rights.

If the CDC is given power to extend moratoriums, something which would end millions of livelihoods to protect millions from eviction, then the CDC also has the power to make or amend laws. Which is impossible.

Even Justice Breyer, who the author highlighted as “senior liberal” acknowledged the stress on landlords without months of rent. However, he considered the stress of eviction greater, in his dissenting note.

CNN, in order to boost its ratings wants a flareup and in the article the author has predicted the situation between the White House and the Supreme Court to get tense later this year. Which is something we didn’t know existed, since the justices will only do what is right and according to the Constitution, while maybe following precedent.

Why would their decisions affect a so-called relationship with the President? Does the President really believe he could influence the court to get what he wants done?

Mainstream media and many on the Left want everything to be about politics. They write things like “the partisan nature of this week’s court orders is hard to avoid.” It’s funny, how one person just writes this and expects people to agree the court is biased because they wrote one line declaring it to be in some random article.

Chief Justice John Roberts has given decisions in favor of something President Trump wanted and has also given decisions against him.

For the Left, those in favor of something Trump believes are partisan and those against him show how great Justice Roberts is.

This entire week has the leftist media attack Justice Roberts and the entire Supreme court bench, minus the “liberal seniors” (according to their own words).

Why are they doing this you may ask? Because they want to soften them up with criticism before they try to make radical changes in the country, which is something only the Supreme court could decide are against the Constitution or not, until the Republicans get back the upper or lower house.

Make everything controversial, pressurize everyone and get what you want done. That’s their strategy.

Now they are wishing for a “liberal senior” judge to resign so that they could (in their own words) get another liberal judge before the Republicans get back majority.

It’s amazing how far they can go.
