Suspect behind Virginia hookah lounge shooting arrested
Police have arrested the suspect behind the shooting in a Blacksburg, Virginia hookah bar late (after 2AM) on Friday.
The shooting left at least one person dead and four others injured. The suspect was identified as 24-year-old Jamel Duquon Flint who was arrested later the same day on Saturday.
The suspect had shot at the Melody Hookah Bar which is a short distance away from the Virginia Tech University.
Flint now faces a total of six charges ranging from the First-degree Murder of 18-year-old Isiah O. Robinson of Roanoke, four counts of Attempted First-degree Murder, and one count of the Use of a Firearm while committing or attempting to commit murder for the four injured victims.
All of the victims are recovering at a local hospital.
