On the run Florida driver crashes and kills four people
A driver who was on the run in Polk County, Florida crashed into three vehicles that killed at least four people, including the suspect.
The suspect was identified as 35-year-old Riquelme Villar-Villalona, who according to Sheriff Grady Judd, would have been charged with at least three counts of vehicular homicide had he survived.
Authorities had originally received a horrifying 911 call about a suspected abduction in Poinciana. The caller begged for the vehicle to be stopped and claimed the driver would kill the woman he had allegedly abducted.
Police believe the caller was referring to Villar-Villalona’s partner – who was later found at a Hospital.
When deputies responded – after believing the 911 caller – and tried to pull the suspect over, he raced away and ultimately crashed into another vehicle causing a chain reaction of crashes leading to at least four deaths.
At least 9 other people were involved in this accident, three lost their lives, while two were injured, and four managed to survive unharmed.
The case is now being investigated by Police, and the suspect’s partner is not cooperating, according to Sheriff Judd.
