NYC mayor-elect Eric Adams says he won’t allow the city to be destroyed

by News Desk December 10, 2021

New York City’s mayor-elect Eric Adams, who ran as a Democrat, announced on Thursday that he won’t tolerate any rioting or looting that has plagued the city since the death of George Floyd.

Adams is a former Police captain who won the November mayoral primary to replace outgoing Bill de Blasio who after two consecutive terms has to wait for four years to run for mayor again.

Mayor-elect Adams announced that his City will not “surrender” to those saying “we’re going to burn down New York.” Adams has already been warned by BLM leaders not to revive crime policies that de Blasio disabled.

His latest announcement will definitely be seen as a Declaration of War by criminals, and rioters, but Adams won’t care what they think.

He also ascertained that his administration will not allow “anarchists” to come out and destroy public, private property “for their own selfish desires.”

Since the stern warnings to all criminals, and anarchists. Adams has been hailed by the other side of the aisle, many Republican voters are admiring Adams for his courage and for being “the only Democrat” to do the right thing, and take a stand against violence, crimes, and criminals, etc.

Adams told listeners that he defeated a large number of fellow Democrats in the mayoral primary. He added that he also defeated a candidate who wanted to disarm the City’s Police.

His win is definitely a wakeup call for his fellow Democrats, and those who thought the people wanted cities to be overrun by medics, not helping people but going after criminals, and asking them whether they are okay because they stole an entire stock of mobile phones?

Mayor-elect Adams is set to take the Oath on New Year’s Day. His win has declared that New Yorkers are tired of all the crime and insane promises and announcements made by opportunists who just want to come into power and let the City fall into the clutches of crime.
