San Francisco children will need to show proof of vaccination

by News Desk November 4, 2021

Children in San Francisco will be required to show their proof of vaccination in order to access indoor businesses.

The city has announced the mandate that will require all kids age 5-11 to show their vaccination cards before accessing indoor businesses. Businesses like restaurants, play areas, daycare, etc., will be required to only accept kids who show the proof.

It is set to be implemented after about 8 weeks by the time the vaccines are readily available to kids. The CDC had approved COVID-19 vaccines for the age group on Tuesday.

The mandates were announced the same day the CDC approved the jabs for kids. As San Francisco requires all indoor settings to ask for proof of vaccination. Kids too will now be required to carry the cards.

San Francisco residents are still required to wear masks indoors even if they are vaccinated.

Some have started calling out leftist lawmakers for their “hypocrisy.” Saying how they are against voter identification proof but strongly implement authoritarian mandates for children, while still require you to wear masks even if you’re vaccinated.
