Hurricane Larry: Strengthens to Category 3 in Atlantic

by News Desk September 4, 2021
Hurricane Larry

Hurricane Larry’s out in the Atlantic and has turned into a category 3 storm.

Larry is not expected to wreak havoc in the US like Ida but is set to strengthen surf and rip currents along the East Coast.

Unlike Ida, that has been behind the destruction in not only the south but in the northeast as well, forcing authorities to declare emergencies in several cities and states.

Larry, is set to remain in the Atlantic but experts are predicting it to buff up the waves making it dangerous for surfers and those planning to go to sea.
