A murder suspect was nabbed by Police in Georgia on Friday after he complained over cold McDonald’s fries on 911.

24-year-old Antoine Sims was arrested after he along with his fiancee had an argument with McDonald’s management. Both, Sims and the management called 911 and when Police arrived they discovered that Sims had a warrant for failing to appear in a homicide case.

Sims and his fiancee apparently didn’t like the waiting time for their order. After Sims went to the counter he discovered his order to be sitting there and thus the argument began which led to both sides calling 911.

The suspect explained to an officer that his fries were no longer hot because his order was just sitting there on the counter. He then asked for new fries only to start an argument which irked the management that demanded he leave the restaurant.

When officers arrived initially, they told Sims that he would no longer be able to enter the restaurant and told him to sign a criminal trespass notice.

The suspect, in the past, was charged with felony murder after he was arrested in March 2019 for allegedly setting a car holding a deceased woman’s body on fire in October 2018.

Police were soon involved in a run chase with Sims as he attempted to flee after officers requested dispatch to run Sims through the criminal database.

Authorities were able to track him down attempting to break in a third floor apartment in an apartment complex. An officer efficiently used a stun gun to take Sims down and arrest him.

Sims was later hospitalized and then sent to jail. He has been charged with criminal trespass, hindering law enforcement and for his outstanding warrant.

Officers found 31 grams of marijuana in his fiancee’s car.
