University places asst. professor on leave for trying to normalize pedophilia

by News Desk November 17, 2021

Old Dominion University assistant professor Dr. Allyn Walker has been put on leave for allegedly trying to normalize pedophilia.

Dr. Allyn Walker, a non-binary person, wrote a book “A Long, Dark Shadow: Minor-Attracted People and Their Pursuit of Dignity.”

In it, Dr. Walker “explores” the lives of “non-offending” pedophiles or “minor attracted persons.” Its/Their “research” shocked the campus along with everyone else. Dr. Walker was sent on leave after the campus was “disrupted” and feared for its own “safety.”

The University released a statement saying it “doesn’t promote crimes against children.”

Old Dominion’s President also released a separate statement, condemning child sexual abuse. He has also said that child sex abuse “has no place in society.”

Dr. Walker, while promoting its/their book in an interview was heard saying how “people of that group” (pedophiles) have told it/them how it’s “less stigmatizing to use the term ‘minor attracted persons’ than other terms like pedophiles.”

A lot of people, when they hear the term pedophile, they automatically assume that it means a sex offender, and that isn’t true and it leads to a lot of misconceptions about attractions toward minors.

As its/their comments led to widespread fear and disgust, Dr. Walker has since drawn back on them and said “child abuse is an inexcusable crime.”

Old Dominion is a public University, and Dr. Walker’s comments are indicating how deep-rooted “woke” culture is in our educational system.

It is shocking to see this new level of “woke.” We are now being told to care about the feelings of pedophiles, of monsters who prey on children.

This level of “woke” and the far-Left does not want to see the local pedophile sad.
