Taiwan building fire kills 46, over 50 injured
About 46 people have been killed in a fire late on Wednesday night at an apartment building in southern Taiwan.
Over 50 people have been reportedly injured by the blaze that started at 3AM early on Thursday.
The entire building in the city of Kaohsiung was engulfed in orange flames. Many floors turned into mere rubble by the intensity as people died in their sleep because of the toxic smoke or were burned alive.
An explosion was soon heard by witnesses, as it took firefighters over 3 hours to battle the raging flames coming out of the 13-story building.
As Taiwan and the World is shocked by this tragic incident. China is busy with its propaganda, showing it won’t backdown even on tragic incidents.
(For some reason, Facebook has stopped highlighting the Chinese state-controlled media outlets in its transparency section).
The building is around 40 years old and the cause of the fire is being investigated. People are suspected to be buried beneath the scorching rubble, and the building was known to house the elderly.
